Medical tourism in Baku
For patients coming to Baku for treatment we organise every stage, from the examination plan to recovery, so you know what to expect before you arrive.
How it works
Four stages
We can correspond in English, Russian and Azerbaijani.
1. Send your documents
Email copies of your test results, imaging and discharge summaries. We tell you in the first reply if anything else is needed.
2. Specialist review
A doctor from the relevant department reviews your documents and tells you which examinations will be repeated on site.
3. Plan and dates
We prepare a plan covering examinations, the procedure and the length of your stay; dates are agreed in advance.
4. Recovery and follow-up
After the procedure, home medical care or observation at the clinic is arranged.
Preparation
What to send with your first message
The more information you send, the more precise the plan and the fewer tests need repeating on site.
- Recent test results (PDF or photo, if available)
- Imaging results: ultrasound, X-ray, CT or MRI
- Discharge summary from previous surgery or treatment
- List of medicines you take regularly

After the procedure
Recovery is part of the plan
The days before you leave the country matter for the outcome of treatment.
Dressing changes, wound care, physiotherapy and follow-up checks can be arranged where you are staying: a nurse or physiotherapist comes to you. Your treating doctor is kept informed, and your documents are uploaded to your personal account.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
What should I send before contacting you?
Your current diagnosis and your latest test and imaging results. Without these documents an initial assessment is not possible.
Will I know the price in advance?
After the initial assessment you receive the treatment plan and terms in writing. If the plan changes, this is agreed with you in advance.
Is interpreter support available?
Mention your language needs when you contact us; they are taken into account when the visit is organised.
Are accommodation and transport arranged?
These are discussed when you contact us and taken into account when the plan is prepared.
How does follow-up work after I return home?
Recovery is part of the plan. Your documents are kept in your personal account and remote consultations can be arranged.
